LED传统编带机是由多多28自主研发的用于贴片式LED测试、编带于一体的自动化设备。本机采用PLC控制系统，高速震动送料器运送过来的材料经过凸轮转塔输送到定位1站，测试站，旋转站，定位2站，再到装填处，将SMD LED按预设的包装方向放入载带内进行热压编带包装。
The machine adopts PLC control system, the materials transported by the high-speed vibration feeder are transported through the CAM turret to the positioning station 1, the test station, the rotating station, the positioning station 2, and then to the loading place, and the SMDLED is put into the carrier belt according to the preset packaging direction for hot pressing tape packaging.
